I love this market - it is such a great resource to have nearby. They carry nearly all my staples and the prices are super low. I also buy seedlings for my garden from them in the spring and they have a great selection for very reasonable prices. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming. Always willing to assist, instructing me how to tell when something is ripe, and giving me ideas for neat fruit or vegetable that I haven't tried before.

J&L is my favorite local fruit and veggie stand! They have all the basics: tomatoes, potatoes, greens, eggplant, oranges, mangoes, grapes, etc at prices much lower than at places like Whole Foods. Such a good deal! Not to mention that the people who work here are super friendly and always welcome me back when I am there. That's something you don't find at bigger stores.

We like to say that it's a farmers market every day here at J & L Market and Garden Center with our open-air produce market.

We’ve offered the freshest, highest quality produce from local farmers for over fifty years, both retail and wholesale, along with our garden center products. Our customers love the convenience of our seasonal market because we are family-owned and local, right here in Cleveland. We make it a point to keep the staples on hand, including all your favorite fruits and veggies like tomatoes, greens, oranges, mangoes, and more. Best of all, we keep our produce fresh and our prices low.

We are dedicated to treating every customer like family and we are always willing to help and advise, instructing how to tell when a certain fruit is ripe, or sharing ideas for new produce to try. Our Cleveland farmers market is open seasonally, closed over the winter for the Christmas tree shop.

Cleveland Garden Center

Since 1962, we’ve been proud to serve the residents in and around Cleveland as your number one garden center! We offer a variety of products and services to help your plants, trees, and flower beds flourish.

If you have questions about when and what to plant in your yard, or if you need help planning your new garden, we are the garden center that is here to help. In addition, we are now accepting EBT and we are the only garden center in the area that offers EBT purchases for vegetable plants. We also provide any other plant nursery or garden products such as seeds, potting soil, landscaping products, and more. As with our farmers market, our customers appreciate our convenience, excellent service, and fresh product.

Nothing is more important to us than service, and as a family business, we treat you like family. Our Garden center is open seasonally from May to New Years.

We love celebrating the holidays with you and your families with our annual Christmas Tree shop here in Cleveland. Every year for the last fifty-plus years, we transform our farmers market and garden center into a Christmas tree wonderland.
